Job Title: Data Entry Operator Lead Generation Emails Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon. SpazeItechPark Employment Type: Full Time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator to support our lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to research, compile, and enter accurate contact information (emails, names, roles, company info) into our CRM or spreadsheets to enable the sales and outreach teams. Responsibilities: Collect and verify lead data from various online sources (LinkedIn, websites, directories, tools, etc.) Enter accurate contact details such as name, company, email ID, designation, and location Maintain and update lead sheets or CRM regularly to avoid duplicates and errors Ensure quality and relevance of lead data according to target criteria Collaborate with the outreach team to understand data requirements and campaign focus Meet daily/weekly data entry targets Report progress to team lead or manager Requirements: Proven experience in data entry or lead generation roles preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform online research and extract usable information Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel Basic understanding of CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar (preferred) Good communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection if working remotely
