User Acceptance Tester I

Key Responsibilities: - Review UAT use cases, record results, document defects, and manage changes for issue resolution. - Represent the end user perspective, voicing concerns to align user needs with business requirements. - Develop hands-on skills and utilize end-to-end knowledge of the release process within Fan Care. - Translate and write test scripts from the UAT perspective, including converting business documents like BRD or TRD into end user requirements. - Use various testing methodologies such as end-to-end, exploratory, and regression testing. - Be proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and maintain daily communication on team progress and individual blockers or needs. - Utilize testing tools and platforms like Zephyr, JIRA, Jenkins, and current-gen consoles.
