User Acceptance Tester I

In this role, you will apply an end-user perspective to all your testing activities and demonstrate a proficient understanding of development lifecycle, QA lifecycle, and user experience. You will be translating business documents into end user requirements and collaborating with key stakeholders using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Additionally, you will utilize testing tools like Zephyr, JIRA, and Jenkins to assess and address gaps in workflow, testing, and documentation. To excel in this position, you should have at least 6 months of experience in software development testing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and familiarity with bug and test case tracking tools. You must be a self-starter, capable of independently solving complex problems, and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work both autonomously and collaboratively will be key to your success in this role.
