Job Description

As a Sales Associate for the dealership, your role is to employ your customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals efficiently while ensuring an optimal sales experience for customers. You will be responsible for accompanying auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange, engaging with them to understand their requirements and preferences for used vehicles. Key Responsibilities: - Provide detailed information about available pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Follow up on leads and potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. - Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback. - Handle the completion of necessary paperwork, including contracts, warranties, and insurance details. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred. - Strong customer service and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
