Location: Noida, Sec-62 (Onsite – BSI Building)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (EST Timings)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates from

  Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn

  , and internal databases.
• Understanding job requirements and coordinating with Account Managers and Hiring Managers in the US.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience through phone screens and discussions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submission → Scheduling → Onboarding).
• Negotiate compensation, rates (W2, C2C, 1099), and contract terms with candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track recruitment activities and update ATS / recruitment dashboards.

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).

• 6 months to 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience.

• Familiarity with

  US work authorization types

  (US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Experience with job boards like

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in

  US time zone (Night Shift)

  .

• Experience working with

  Direct Clients / Implementation Partners

  .
• Knowledge of common

  IT skills and job roles

  .
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
