About The Role -Solution Architect (Only US Citizens and Green Card Holder) At Codvo, software and people transformations go hand-in-hand We are a global empathy-led technology services company Product innovation and mature software engineering are part of our core DNA Respect, Fairness, Growth, Agility, and Inclusiveness are the core values that we aspire to live by each day We continue to expand our digital strategy, design, architecture, and product management capabilities to offer expertise, outside-the-box thinking, and measurable results Key Responsibilities:Develop end-to-end technology solutions by translating business requirements into architectural designs that meet client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, product owners, and technical teams, to gather requirements, define objectives, and design solutions Lead the architectural design process for complex projects and provide clear guidance to development teams to implement solutions that adhere to best practices Assess the systems architecture currently in place and recommend solutions for improvement Design and implement integration strategies for various platforms, applications, and third-party services, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime Address technical challenges and provide practical solutions to ensure the project stays on track in terms of both timelines and quality Create detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation guides, to support the development and operational teams Ensure the architecture is designed to meet high-quality standards and perform testing to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in software development, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies to ensure solutions are innovative and competitive Qualifications:EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldA Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or related technical roles Expert KnowledgeStrong expertise in software architecture patterns (microservices, SOA), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and enterprise integration Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, etc.), cloud computing, API design, and automation tools Leadership & CommunicationStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders Problem-SolvingAbility to think critically and solve complex problems while balancing business needs and technical constraints Agile/ScrumFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, and the ability to lead in an Agile environment is a plus Experience- 15+YearsLocation- Remote/USShow more Show less
