Accounting & Invoicing
Generate and send invoices to brokers and customers.
Follow up independently with customers and vendors for pending payments.
Maintain updated, real-time records of all financial activity.
Driver & Equipment Financials
Create and issue paystubs for drivers and owner-operators.
Record and track all deductions and reimbursements for drivers, trucks, and owner-operators. Match settlements and reconcile payments weekly or bi-weekly with the owner.
Issue and track lumper and detention approvals and distribute accordingly.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management
Prepare Profit & Loss statements for: Individual drivers Trucks Owner-operators Entire company operation (monthly/quarterly)
Be capable of analyzing and discussing P&L results and overall financial status with the owner. Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in US-based trucking accounting
Familiar with TMS (Transportation Management Systems), load boards, and freight billing
Experience in dispatch/logistics coordination is a strong advantage
Fluent in English & Punjabi (written and spoken) Strong Excel and email communication skills
Familiar with driver payroll, deductions, and settlement reconciliation
