US Tax Reviewer

As a skilled and experienced professional with expertise in US taxation, cross border advisory, and understanding of Indian income tax, you will be joining our team. Your role will involve a thorough understanding of US tax laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as cross-border tax issues and basic knowledge of Indian income tax. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing tax planning and compliance services, including identifying tax opportunities and risks, recommending tax strategies, and estimating tax liabilities - Offering guidance to clients on cross-border tax issues - Maintaining knowledge of current US tax laws, regulations, and procedures, cross-border tax issues, and basic knowledge of Indian income tax - Communicating tax updates and changes to clients and team members - Interacting with client personnel regarding tax return information, deadlines, etc., and keeping the team informed on the status - Identifying opportunities to provide value-added services to clients **Qualifications Required:** - CPA or equivalent (such as Chartered Accountant, or ACCA) with at least 2 years of experience in US taxation and cross-border advisory - Experience in reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns - Fluency in speaking English - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Must be able to learn any new tax and accounting software,
