Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and leadership positions across the U.S.
• Develop and execute innovative self-sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, talent mapping, and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and organizational culture.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs in the sales and executive domains.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• 6–8 years of experience in US IT recruitment, and 4+ years of experience in sales and leadership hiring.
• Ability to source using LinkedIn, social media, and Networking.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent within the IT services industry
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source and independently fill senior-level roles.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of compensation structures, commission plans, and sales hiring benchmarks in the U.S.
• Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS) are an advantage.
