The role of US Talent Acquisition in our company involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based job roles. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates either on W2 or for visa transfer. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process, offer negotiations, and onboarding. It is essential to maintain strong candidate pipelines for future openings. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in US Talent Acquisition, specifically with visa transfers and W2 candidates. A strong understanding of US work visa processes and requirements is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with US job portals, recruiting tools, and CRM systems is preferred.
