US Staffing Senior Recruiter

As a US Staffing Senior Recruiter at TekWissen Group in Vishakhapatnam, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and analyzing active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions. - Utilizing multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques, to source candidates. - Conducting phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates" "fit" and technical competence. - Presenting career opportunities to qualified applicants and building strong relationships with contract employees and vendors. - Participating in daily huddles to collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully. - Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) and making job postings on the Job Portal. - Working on Contracts, Permanent positions, and being well-versed in US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. - Having extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle and end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. - Working with direct clients and possessing excellent communication skills.
