As a US Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT consulting projects. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with consultants and clients, as well as negotiating contracts and agreements for bench sales. You will need to understand the comprehensive set of responsibilities that come with this position. In this role, you will need to identify and connect with potential consultants in the IT industry. You will be required to manage and update candidate databases and profiles, and coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews, building and maintaining a network of potential consultants, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client staffing needs. You will also be responsible for providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications. This is a full-time position with night shift hours. Proficiency in English is required for this role. The work location is in Indore, MP. The package offered for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
