We are seeking experienced US Recruiters with 3+ years of proven experience in the US Staffing industry, specifically in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience with W2 hiring, VMS, ATS, and direct client engagement. This role requires an individual with a high sense of urgency, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills, capable of managing the full recruiting life cycle. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including gathering requirements from clients, candidate prospecting, in-depth candidate screening, negotiation of terms, candidate submission, interview coordination, follow-up, and onboarding support. Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries. Demonstrate hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment within the US staffing industry. Proactively work with W2 requirements, understanding their intricacies and compliance. Efficiently utilize VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for all recruitment activities. Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. Maintain a high sense of urgency to meet fast-paced hiring demands and dynamic client requirements. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective goals and knowledge sharing. Mandatory Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment. Mandatory experience working on W2 hiring. Proficiency and experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Mandatory experience working with Direct Clients. Ability to demonstrate expertise across the Full Recruiting Life Cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interview & onboarding, etc.). Strong background in US staffing, particularly in W2 and direct client engagements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles. Strong understanding of various technical and non-technical skill sets. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
