If this excites you, we encourage you to apply below for the position of US Recruiter - Contract role. **Working hours:** 5:30/6:30 PM to 2:30/3:30 AM IST **Hybrid role:** 2 days work from office at Manyata Tech Park **Responsibilities:** - Determine applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis, and verification - Administer the selection process effectively and work towards process improvement - Conduct interviews based on specific roles and job descriptions - Build talent pipelines through various sourcing methods - Develop relationships with passive talent and maintain them over time - Capture competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts - Adhere to quality systems, processes, and policies **Requirements:** - 2-4 years of related Recruiting/Staffing experience in the US region - Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills - Talent Acquisition and business consulting skills - Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes - Experience in developing and optimizing processes - Self-critical with the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment - Self-starter with a big-picture understanding of business operations - Excellent conversational and written English skills **EQUAL OPPORTUNITY** (Note: This is a summarized and formatted version of the provided job description),
