Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients (requirement gathering to onboarding).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Work extensively on Vector VMS for requirement tracking and submissions.
Hire for State Clients and ensure compliance with client hiring policies.
Negotiate rates, salaries, and close candidates within client budgets.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience working on Vector VMS.
Proven track record of hiring for State Clients (Government Requirements).
Hands-on experience with US IT recruitment & staffing processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Ability to work in EST/PST time zones.

Good to Have

Experience handling a team (for Senior US IT Recruiter role).
Prior experience in VMS recruiting outside of Vector.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
