Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

• Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
