US Real Estate Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Wahed Ventures Real Estate, you will be a key player in supporting the operational lifecycle of real estate and venture capital investments. Your main focus will involve executing post-raise operational workflows for real estate investments, managing investment vehicles" setup and structuring, coordinating property closing processes, and overseeing investor communications and distributions. - Lead the execution of operational workflows for real estate investments - Manage cap table, investor recordkeeping, dividend distributions, and reporting - Set up and structure investment vehicles, including legal documentation, SPV governance, and regulatory filings - Collaborate with compliance and finance teams for investor due diligence, transaction reconciliation, processing refunds, managing invoices, and generating rental income statements - Oversee the distribution of investor communications and liaise with property managers for rental performance monitoring, maintenance needs, and tenant updates - Schedule and coordinate third-party vendors such as property inspectors, appraisers, and title agents - Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and tech teams to improve internal processes, secure approvals, and support investment go-lives on the platform To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. Your willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be highly valued. While familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required, having commercial awareness in property works review, vendor quotes, or maintenance decisions would be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of US property conveyancing, legal structuring, or regulated investment processes would be a plus.
