US Process- Purchasing Specialist (IT)

The IT Purchasing Specialist is responsible for procuring hardware to support the company’s operations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, vendor management, and compliance with company policies and US procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors
• Manage the procurement lifecycle
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance (pricing, service levels, delivery timelines).
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, data security
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in a US-based company).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
