We are hiring a Human Resources Payroll Director who will help MGT build, improve, and manage payroll processes and related HR technology capabilities, with a dedicated focus on enhancing the employee experience for our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the VP of our People Operations team, our ideal candidate has the right experience and is passionate about leading payroll operations, building great teams, leveraging and enhancing technology, developing scalable and compliant processes, designing amazing employee experiences, and developing project plans to ensure strong delivery.

• 15+ more years of progressive experience within payroll, benefits, and/or Human Resources.
  • Experience in a professional services or hyper growth environment strongly preferred. • CPP, NACPB, SHRM-CP/SCP and/or PHR/SPHR Certifications preferred. • Experience supporting organizations through acquisitions and integration.
