Location: Noida Sec-62 (On-site) Shift: Night Shift (5:30 pm-2:30 am).

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in HR with US Payroll and Compliance

Non- IT recruitment experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled US - Payroll & Compliance e with hands-on experience in US and Canada payroll processing and a solid understanding of corresponding labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources and be located in Noida with the ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees based in the US and Canada.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processing for employees based in the US and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate with finance and legal departments to ensure proper payroll taxation and benefits administration.
• Provide HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on US/Canada payroll and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Must be based in Noida and comfortable working night shifts.
