Job Description

Role FTE

Shift 5:30 PM to 2 AM IST

Location Hyderabad/Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source candidates using a variety of search methods (social media networks, job boards, referrals) to build a large non-IT candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and matching them to the job specs, asking questions to get detailed answers
Experience in interviewing candidates and assessing fit for client requirements
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, and using it to track/manage candidates
Follow company recruiting best practices
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Must haves:

Experience into end to end Non-IT recruitment for US Clients - Hiring for industries like Manufacturing, Marketing, Lab, and CPG Clients
Two years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Analyse and create "Strings" based on Job Profiles.
