Job Description

As a US Residential Mortgage Underwriter at QRight Solutions, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and verifying loan applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate. - Assessing the borrower's credit history, employment, income, and debt levels. - Confirming the property's value through appraisal reports. - Evaluating credit reports to determine the borrower's creditworthiness. - Calculating debt-to-income (DTI) ratios and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios. - Reviewing appraisals & alternative value products for conformity & assessing accuracy of the property valuation. - Ensuring loans comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. - Adhering to company policies and guidelines. - Identifying potential risks and assessing the overall risk level of the loan. Qualifications required for this position include: - Any degree with 1 - 7 years of Underwriting experience. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at the Chennai office of QRight Solutions.,
