Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to ensure the efficient operation of the logistics team in full compliance with industry standards. As a US Logistics Process Trainer, you are expected to have a deep understanding of US logistics processes, including freight management, transportation coordination, supply chain operations, and warehouse management. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver training programs on US logistics processes and best practices. - Conduct onboarding training for new hires and upskill existing employees. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. - Update training materials regularly to reflect process changes or regulatory updates. - Work closely with operations and compliance teams to identify training needs. - Provide coaching and ongoing support to team members to enhance performance. - Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics operations and/or training. - Strong understanding of US transportation regulations, freight brokerage, and supply chain management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop engaging training materials (slides, manuals, videos). - Proficient in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Details: You will be working full-time in Mohali, Punjab, and will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday night shifts with weekend availability. There is also a performance bonus offered.
