Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite) Shift: Standard EST Timings Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills , hands-on experience with Ceipal , and the ability to work on all types of requirements, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles . A technical education background is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across various domains. Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Ceipal, referrals, and direct outreach. Work on different hiring models, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles . Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and negotiate salaries/rates with candidates. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring process. Maintain and update Ceipal ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity. Stay updated with US hiring practices, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.) . Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS and other sourcing tools . Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment . Knowledge of US employment processes, visa classifications, and compliance regulations .
