Job Description

Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
Write and post job descriptions on job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone/video screening to assess technical and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
