US IT Recruiter required for JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd Infopark, Kochi.

We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co in Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a US IT Recruiter for our operations in Kochi. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and hands on experience in hiring US citizens for US Federal clients.

Requirement Brief:

Designation : US IT Recruiter

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : Minimum 3 7 Years.

Skillsets : US IT recruitment for Federal clients.

Job Time : 05.30 PM – 02.30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)

Location : Infopark, Kochi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice).
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ask for referrals from external networks
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Must have experience with recruiting technical resources
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the desired candidate profiles for each role
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
• Hand off best-qualified candidates to Recruiters to conduct screens
• Post new job listings, renew existing job postings.
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting.
