We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for Software Test Engineers (Manual ) for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a well experienced in Manual testing with Strong communication skills. Details are as follows Designation : Software Test Engineer Manual Testing Qualification : BE/MSc/MCA Skillsets : Software Testing Manual Experience : Minimum 4 Years to 8 Years Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi. Roles and Responsibilities. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing across web and/or mobile platforms Understand and analyse requirements; raise queries and ensure clarifications are documented Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional requirements Review test cases prepared by self and team members for accuracy and completeness. Prepare the test environment and ensure readiness for test execution Execute test cases for module, integration, system, and regression testing Perform Black Box Testing, Regression, and Functional Testing, ensuring alignment with user expectations Track, document, and communicate bugs using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Continuously update test documentation in response to changes in requirements Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Take initiative to enhance test coverage and improve QA processes Maintain a strong understanding of test strategy, planning, and reporting practices Basic knowledge of SQL Server for data verification and backend validation (Nice to have) Exposure to Selenium IDE or Selenium WebDriver (Nice to have) Familiarity with JMeter or performance testing tools (Nice to have) Thanks and Regards, Recruitment Team JTSi Technologies India Private Limited, Third Floor, Thapasya Building, Kochi Infopark.
