- Accomplish test procedures and scripts either manually or using automated tools.
- Supervise and report on timely test execution, focusing on achieving outstanding quality.
- Capture and detail the outcomes of test executions and support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Analyze reports and discrepancies to resolve root causes and evaluate script failures at a high level.
- Compare and analyze system behavior versus expected results/important metrics based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify issues, propose system improvements, and perform repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM functionality.
- Experience with Atrium Orchestrator (AO) / TSO (Truesight Orchestration) integration and knowledge of Adapters, Modules, AM, CDP, OCP & HACDP.
- Hands-on experience in all ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, and Service Request Management.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks/modules and stretch working hours to support timely delivery when required.
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with Test Management Tools like HP Quality Center/ALM Octane.
- Understanding of Legacy web services and ORCA web services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
