Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound sales calls and interact with prospective US-based clients to promote our products/services. ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach. ● Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery. ● Meet and exceed sales targets, adhering to company KPIs and reporting standards. ● Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline∙ ● Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills∙ ● Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. ● Adaptability: Comfortable working in night shifts catering to US time zones.
