We’re expanding our dynamic team and looking for driven Bench Sales Recruiters / US IT Recruiters to join us! 📍 Location: [Ahmedabad, Gujrat] 🕒 Shift: Night Shift 💼 Experience: 0-1 year 💡 Responsibilities: (Helping candidates who are facing challenges in finding jobs in the USA) 🔍 Identify job opportunities across job boards, vendor networks, and client portals that align with candidates’ skills and visa status (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, etc.) 🤝 Market active bench candidates to prime vendors and direct clients through calls, emails, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.) 📋 Build candidate profiles & resumes to make them ATS-friendly and highlight their strengths effectively 📞 Conduct mock interviews and prepare candidates to boost confidence and improve their chances of selection 💬 Negotiate job rates, roles, and contract terms with vendors/clients on behalf of candidates 📈 Track submissions, interviews, and placement progress ensuring regular follow-ups and status updates 🌐 Create and maintain strong vendor relationships to open more opportunities for hard-to-place candidates 💡 Guide candidates on skill upgrades or certifications that can increase their market value 🧭 Provide career counseling and market insights to help candidates understand the US job market trends 🎯 Why Join Us?
