About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates using job portals such as

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter

  , and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, work authorization, experience, compensation, and availability.
• Work with Account Managers and Clients to understand detailed job requirements.
• Submit qualified profiles, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
• Work on

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  hiring models.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily/weekly submission and hiring targets.
• Ensure accurate updates in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in

  US IT Staffing / US Recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and immigration types (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
• Experience working in the

  night shift (US timings)

  .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and understand IT job requirements (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround requirements.
