Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling:

Recruitment Expertise:

Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Strong experience in hiring for
C2C (contract) roles
.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of IT terminologies and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication for effective candidate and client interaction.
US Market Knowledge:
Understanding of
US employment types, tax terms, and work culture
.
Awareness of
US time zones
for seamless coordination.
Client Coordination
Ability to collaborate with
implementation partners
to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Performance Metrics:
Proven ability to
meet recruitment targets and deadlines
.
Skilled in
building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
.
