Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms • Screen and interview candidates to match client requirements • Submit profiles to Account Managers/Clients with quality write-ups • Negotiate pay rates (W2/C2C/1099) and close candidates • Follow up with candidates and clients through the interview process • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job requisitions • Work in collaboration with onshore teams to ensure quick turnarounds Required Skills & Com
