Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for

  state/government clients

  with a focus on W2 hiring.
• Source, screen, and select candidates using various platforms and methods.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide strategic input on recruitment approaches while executing operational tasks effectively.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and professional practices.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2+ years in the US IT Recruitment industry, with extensive experience working for state/government clients and W2 hiring.
