US IT Recruiter

You will be joining R Town Technologies, a leading provider of outsourcing, digital, and IT HR solutions within the Rayudu Group. As a US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be managing the complete recruiting process for technical roles. This includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates in collaboration with hiring managers to fulfill the specific staffing requirements efficiently. Your role will also involve building and maintaining a pool of potential candidates and fostering relationships with stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting, with a strong grasp of IT Recruitment procedures. Your ability to effectively identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates will be crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with candidates and stakeholders. Being on-site in Hyderabad is a requirement for this role. While a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software will be advantageous.,
