Job Description

As a US IT Recruiter, you will: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements for technical and IT positions. Research the market for potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods. Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and connect with qualified candidates. Interact with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, and interest in the role. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a broad pool of candidates. Maintain continual dialogue with candidates in the pipeline, keeping them updated on the hiring process. Work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment in the recruitment process. Maintain a systematic and comprehensive database of candidates for future reference and tracking. Skills Required : 2+ Years of proven track record of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment handling technical requisitions. Prior experience in handling US-based IT/technical recruitment processes. Proficiency in reaching out to candidates via phone to establish rapport and assess interest. Expertise in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify candidates. Ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews. Strong familiarity with LinkedIn tools and techniques for sourcing and recruiting.
