Role Overview: As a US IT Recruiter at the company, you will be responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment services to fill Fulltime positions across various US regions. Your primary role will involve close collaboration with onsite recruiters to gather, comprehend, and prioritize job descriptions, screen profiles, schedule and coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and oversee post-interview processes. Utilizing job portals, internal databases, internet search engines/websites, and social media recruitment tools to identify potential candidates will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, screening candidates over the phone to evaluate their suitability for positions and submitting qualified profiles to the onsite team within specified timelines will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with onsite recruiters to understand and prioritize job descriptions. - Screen profiles and coordinate interviews efficiently. - Utilize various recruitment tools to identify potential candidates. - Assess candidate suitability over the phone and submit qualified profiles to the onsite team within deadlines.
