Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent)
• Candidates with strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/CST)
• Basic understanding of IT terminology is a plus—but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply sourcing techniques using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Understand US work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers for successful placements
