Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end US IT recruitment
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
• Understand job requirements and match candidate profiles
• Support hiring for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data, submissions, and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with account managers and internal teams
• Follow US staffing processes, compliance, and documentation

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with

  0–3 years

  of recruitment experience
• Willingness to learn US IT recruitment
• Basic knowledge of IT skills (training provided)
• Awareness of W2 / C2C / 1099 is a plus
• Basic understanding of US time zones preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in

  fixed night shift (US EST)

• Team-oriented and target-driven mindset

Education

• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:

  25,000 – 30,000 per month

  (3.0 – 3.6 LPA)
