Handle the full recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Source and attract candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely closures. Negotiate compensation with candidates (W2, 1099, C2C), and handle paperwork related to employment authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.). Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
