Job Title: US IT Recruiter Mode of interview: Face to Face interview Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Hyderabad(Uppal) Shift: Night Shift / US Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills, along with a good understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms, and employment types. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Source and attract candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely closures. Negotiate compensation with candidates (W2, 1099, C2C), and handle paperwork related to employment authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.). Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Required Skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good negotiation and closing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Experience working with VMS / MSP clients is a plus. Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) preferred. Work Schedule: US shift / Night shift (EST/PST hours)
