We are hiring US IT Recruiter for 3 +Years of experience. Minimum Exp:- 3 years Cabs will be provided. Source, screen, and submit candidates for IT roles across various US clients Manage the full recruitment life cycle including scheduling interviews and onboarding Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and social media for sourcing Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements while ensuring compliance Negotiate salary/rate terms with candidates and close offers efficiently Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals Coordinate with account managers and clients for timely submissions
