Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and System Integrators (SIs) across the US.
  • Bench Marketing: Market and submit H1B, OPT, CPT, and EAD consultant profiles to Tier 1 vendors, SIs, and direct clients for suitable contract positions.
  • Direct Engagement: Engage directly with hiring managers and decision-makers within Tier 1 vendors to secure placements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and clients to close deals successfully.
  • Database Management: Keep an updated database of consultants, vendors, and job requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize placement opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all US immigration and employment laws in the placement process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting with a strong network of Tier 1 vendors and SIs.
  • Networking: Extensive network of contacts within Tier 1 vendors and System Integrators in the US.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively market candidates.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible rates and terms.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with US IT job roles, visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD), and industry standards.
  • Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.
