What You’ll Do:

• Market and place bench consultants with potential clients/vendors.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Source requirements from job boards, social media, and direct networks.
• Negotiate rates and terms to close deals successfully.
• Achieve monthly placement targets with quick turnaround.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 -9 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proven track record in closing positions quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
