About the Role

US HR Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for US employees.
  • Manage documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct virtual induction sessions and guide employees through HR policies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, managers, and payroll teams for smooth joining.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide support to new hires regarding queries on policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in HR operations/onboarding (US onboarding experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in

    US time zones (Night Shift IST)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRIS.
