Job Description

US Healthcare Recruiting & Account Managers ( 5 Openings )

100% Onsite Gachibowli, Hyderabad Shift: 7:30PM 4:30AM IST (rotational, covers U.S. business hours)

What Youll Do

Own the account
for U.S. healthcare clients: manage urgent staffing needs and coordinate placements of nurses, allied, and medical staff.
Manage client relations
and pipeline strategy via VMS/ATS tools.
Collaborate
with offshore recruiters on sourcing, credentialing, onboarding, and placements.
Track metrics
: SLAs, fill/frequency ratios, turn-around time; prepare weekly/monthly updates.
Ensure compliance
: licenses, background checks, HIT tasks; maintain documentation accuracy.

Who You Are

5+ years in
U.S. healthcare staffing - MSP account management
.
Skilled in
VMS/ATS platforms
, Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent English (written & spoken).
Experience with
client escalation resolution
, pipeline growth, and U.S. staffing SLAs.
