We will provide all necessary job training to ensure success in this new capacity. Key Responsibilities: Handle crucial end-client calls (U.S. hospitals, clinics, emergency centers) excellent communication skills are critical. Engage and deploy per diem/local candidates as per client demand. Maintain constant contact with healthcare facilities and respond to real-time updates. Provide immediate communication and coordination between healthcare professionals and facilities (especially during last-minute changes). Build long-term relationships with candidates to ensure repeated deployments and retention. Run ad-hoc engagement programs for travel or permanent nursing and allied roles. Provide 24/7 on-call support across 3 shifts (including weekends). Draft internal communication content such as circulars, announcements, and training materials .
