Your responsibilities will include identifying and searching for healthcare professionals in the US market through various sourcing methods, shortlisting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates based on job requirements, managing client relations to facilitate the placement of healthcare professionals, negotiating salary and other terms with candidates, as well as providing support to Account Managers and Team Leads with urgent healthcare recruitment needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly updating and managing the Resourcing Application System. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, possess a strong eagerness to learn and adapt, and be willing to work night shifts.
