US FSO BTC - SALT - Advanced Analyst

As a Senior/Assistant Manager at EY in the FSO- SALT BCMI team, your main job purpose is to develop, mentor, and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts. You will act as a counselor for them, proactively recognize issues, recommend solutions, and seek opportunities to diversify client load and team exposure. Your responsibilities also include fostering collaboration, demonstrating presentation skills, and communicating effectively in various situations.
