Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with excellent English communication skills and advanced Excel skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage day-to-day tasks including bookkeeping, accounting on international software, and maintaining accounting records.
Prepare standard financial and management reports, handle customer queries via email and calls, and discuss daily with clients.
Generate financial reports on Excel, process payroll, and manage accounts receivables/accounts payables.
Perform bank reconciliations, data management on cloud-based servers, and multitask with various departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Job Requirements

Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Sound knowledge of Advanced Excel (Formulas like vlookup, hlookup, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting) is required.
Candidates should only have an accounting/management background.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international accounting software and managing financial reports.
Qualification: B.B.A, B.Com, Chartered Accountant, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com.
