Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

0-3 years of experience in engineering recruitment or related field (US Recruitment preferred).
Strong understanding of semiconductor domain knowledge (W2/MSP) required.
Excellent sourcing skills using various channels like job boards, social media, etc.
Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
Maintain a pipeline of active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates in alignment with company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in the US IT sector.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
